The Designer's Eye package suits both local and long distance clients who want the help of an interior designer with the flexibility to do it themselves and at their own pace. We'll tour your space together, either in person or virtually, giving us the chance to get to know the functionality of the space. We will review inspiration photo to gauge your design style. With this package, you'll get an expert opinion to help with your design decisions. I will provide and inspirational elevated design for your space that will let you envision your completed project. We will collaborate to make sure you love every detail before you purchase the right pieces for your project. With up to three rounds of design revisions or options.

This package is for my clients who want to invest in their home by remodeling with the assistance of a design professional. We would personalize the space by reviewing the functionality as well as making timeless design choices. We would specify every design element together working within your budget. You will have up to three rounds of revisions or design layout options to choose from. At the end of this package you would be able to hand over the design packet to a contractor of your choice to complete the remodel. You would have access to any questions for me via text or email throughout construction as needed. This package is popular for local clients but can also be done long distance.

Manage the project from start to finish. Walking all trades through and executing all aspects of the project becoming the first point of contact. On site visits ensure the design is coming to life as we planned it. Once the construction is complete we would style the room complete and do a grand reveal.

CONSULTING AND DESIGN PACKAGE
This package is for clients who are building a custom home and would like a designer to consult along the way. Depending on where you are in the building process, we can come in and help you visualize what your home will look like upon completion. We work along side your builder to make sure your custom build is everything you want it to be. With 3D renderings, you are able to avoid change orders along the way. Together we select all finishes and fixtures needed throughout the home, making it cohesive.

This package is for my clients who are interested in a design for their commercial space. We have experience with working on churches, salons, retail stores and office spaces. We work with both client and landlord if needed to create a space that is beautifully designed and functional. We are knowledgeable on ADA regulations. We have accounts with commercial grade vendors that we can source for you. We can be involved from conceptual stages through installing accessories and finishes.
