Designer's Eye:
This package is my most popular. It suits my clients both local and long distance, that need the help of a Interior Designer but want to be able to do it themselves and at their own pace. I would tour your space either in person or virtually, and we would get to know the functionality of the space as well as what styles you like. Then I would present my design for your room and you would purchase and install items yourself. You would be able to purchase the right pieces for your space when the time is right. It lays out your room in detail, so it eliminates the stress of buying items that don't work for your space.
This package includes: 3D Renderings, Space Planning to scale, detailed purchase list of furnishings with designer pricing (if available).

Designer's Touch:
This package is best for my local clients who want to have their space designed for them without the stress of ordering and placing all the items. I would manage project from beginning to end. I would do a walk thru with you getting to know both you, the space and the budget. I would go back to my office and come up with some design options for you. Then we would go over and finalize all furnishings and materials together. I would then start the ordering process. Once all items are in, I will do an "installation" where I come in and place everything and set the room for you. You get to come home and have that "HGTV" moment.
This package includes: Everything in the Designer's Eye Package plus the complete management of your project and a final installation.

This package is for my clients who want to invest in their home by remodeling. I would help you the picture the overall design with 3d Renderings. I would help you layout the kitchen to be functional for you. Then once the construction is done I would finish the design plan with Paint and furnishings.
This package includes: 3D Renderings, Space Planning to scale, cabinet elevations, selecting all finishes and appliances with designer pricing (if available), and a walk through with a preferred contractor for a formal bid.
This package is for my clients who want to invest in their home by remodeling. I would help you the picture the overall design with 3d Renderings. I would help you layout the kitchen to be functional for you. Then once the construction is done I would finish the design plan with Paint and furnishings.
This package includes: 3D Renderings, Space Planning to scale, cabinet elevations, selecting all finishes and appliances with designer pricing (if available), and a walk through with a preferred contractor for a formal bid.
Project Management: This package includes everything listed in the Designed Remodel Package, plus the management of contractors and sub contractors throughout the construction. I would be the middle man between you and the Contractors, so you can continue life as usual... well as much as possible since your home will be under construction. I would help with scheduling, Ordering and arranging onsite delivery of all finishes and appliances.
Commercial Design:
This package is for my clients who are interested in a design for their commercial space. We have experience with working on churches, salons, retail stores and office spaces. We work with both client and landlord if needed to create a space that is beautifully designed and functional. We are knowledgeable on ADA regulations. We have accounts with commercial grade vendors that we can source for you. We can be involved from conceptual stages through installing accessories and finishes.
This design includes: 3D renderings, Space Planning to scale, selecting all furniture fixtures and equipment.
